Since May 2019, a new long-term residency scheme and <b>Golden Visa<\/b> were launched, allowing foreigners to live, work, and study in the UAE without the need for an Emirati sponsor.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Dubai property visas can be issued against residential properties purchased in a freehold area (apartments, serviced apartments, villas, townhouses) and\/or commercial properties (hotel rooms, hotel apartments, offices, warehouses).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">To be eligible for a two-year visa through property purchase, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>The property must be <b>completed and handed over<\/b> to you.<\/li>\n<li>The property&#8217;s value must be <b>AED 750,000 or more<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">You are eligible for a UAE investor visa as long as your total investment is <b>AED 750,000 or more<\/b> across up to three properties. If multiple individuals own the property, all can apply for a Dubai investor visa as long as their individual share is equivalent to AED 750,000 or more of the purchase value. However, it does not provide you with an Emirates ID, so it&#8217;s technically similar to a Dubai tourist visa. This visa offer is only available when purchasing a <b>ready-to-move-in residential property<\/b>.
